Life is totally hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be difficult to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I seriously love the flavor of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the motivation I need to tackle the day.
Of course, I also know that sleep is essential. But sometimes, when you're powering through a busy schedule, it can be hard comical coffee hoodies to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly overwhelmed, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).
No condemnation here – we all have our vices. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.

This therapeutic process of pulverizing beans, mixing hot water, and patiently steeping for the perfect concoction becomes my escape. Each glug carries with it a wave of tranquility, grounding me in the here and now.

Let's be real, adulting/being responsible/keeping it together is a tough/grueling/real pain. Between work/school/trying to figure out life, there's barely time/energy/motivation left for anything else. That's where coffee comes in.
